The abdomen board or sit up bench allows the user to gain a wider range of abdominal movement whilst performing sit ups. This unit helps provide a safe supported space to practice crunches, twists and stretches. The user lies on his back on the bench and by fixing the foot in the foot rest, gets up to touch the knee by his head, this exercise is done repetitively.
